This position would need to be able to provide overrides, balance the branch, manage the vault and be backup for the supervisor while he is out.
The position is also responsible for greeting members and potential members, identifying their perceived and unperceived needs and process transactions promptly and accurately. Promote quality member service, via the telephone or in person. Must like to cross-sell products and services and maintain a professional demeanor. Must be able to work independently and as a team member.

| Duties: | Perform member transactions, within authority, accurately, efficiently with good audit trail within Sooper CU guidelines and policies. Balance the vault, order cash shipments and perform as backup for the Branch Manager. Assures appropriate records are maintained and required reports/tasks are processed. Maintain and process member account/loan information on computer system. Provide exceptional member service.

| Qualifications: | Must have teller experience and performed "lead" duties. Excellent PC skills. Financial industry experience required. |
