| Duties: | Responsible for providing and handling a variety of paying and receiving functions in processing deposits, withdrawls, loan payments, cashier's checks, etc.; transfers amounts from member accounts as directed. Balances cash drawer and daily transactions. Effectively cross sells Credit Union products and services to members. Maintain confidential member information; welcome members and provides routine information concerning services and directs members to appropriate department, post transactions to member accounts and maintain member records with a high degree of accuracy. Performs a variety of miscellaneous tasks to include typing, filing, computer input and answers the telephone. Provide friendly, professional and accurate service and support to all members and associates. Other duties as assigned. |
| Qualifications: | Experience: Six months to two years of similiar or related experience.
Education: A high school diploma or general education degree (GED).
Other skills: Courtesy, tact, and diplomacy are essential elements of the job. Good comunication skills, 10-key calculator and computer keyboard skills. Accurate with numbers and names.
