These positions are responsible for greeting members and potential members, identifying their perceived and unperceived needs and process transactions promptly and accurately. Promote quality member service, via the telephone or in person. Must like to cross-sell products and services and maintain a professional demeanor. Must be able to work independently and as a team member.

| Duties: | Perform member transactions, within authority, accurately, efficiently with good audit trail within Sooper CU guidelines and policies. Greet members and potential members, answer all product and service inquiries and needs. Identifies cross-sell opportunities and cross-sells services beneficial to members. Assure appropriate records are maintained and required reports/tasks processed. Maintain and process member account/loan information on computer system. Provide exceptional member service.

| Qualifications: | Must have cash handling experience. Be familiar with PCs. Some financial industry experience preferred. Must be flxible, able to work rotating schedules between Mon through Friday and Saturday mornings. |
