Responsible for the daily direction and monitoring of all Lending, New Account, Operations and Personnel management activity within the branch office
-Ensure compliance with Credit Union policies and procedures
-Ability to coach and mentor staff in sales and service as well as identifying cross sell opportunities
-Ability to load, underwrite, and approve loan applications.
-Ability to efficiently oversee all daily Operations of the branch, including balancing the branch, ordering cash, and maintain a cash drawer
-Hire, terminate, and administer performance evaluations
-Provide training for employees while maintaining and developing a qualified staff

| Duties: | Provide support, training, mentoring and coaching to branch employees. Accurately input and maintain member loan/account information on computer system. Assuring that appropriate records are complete and accurate. Operate a cash drawer and manage vault. Responsible for opening and closing branch.
Assist members, directly or indirectly, with all related functions of the lending process and various member service duties. Process loan applications within lending authority.
Identify cross-sell opportunities and cross-sell products and services beneficial to members. |
| Qualifications: | One to three years of supervisory or management experience.
Must be knowledgable in all aspect of branch operations including cash management, member services and lending.
Education: A high school education or GED.
Interpersonal Skills: A significant level of trust and diplomacy is required, in addition to normal courtesy and tact. Work involves extensive personal contact with others and/or is usually of a personal or sensitive nature. Work may involve motivating or influencing others. Outside contacts become important and fostering sound relationships with other entities (companies and/or individuals)becomes necessary.
Other Skills: 10-key operation, typewriter, and good PC skills.
Should be able to lift up to 50 pounds. |
