| Qualifications: | Summary of Qualifications Desired: The successful candidate will possess a Bachelors Degree in a related field and 5 plus years of management experience in a credit union or banking environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong skills in managing, developing and leading small teams while maintaining a successful track record in operations and all aspects of lending. Must be able to communicate and deliver management decisions that positively reinforce the organizations mission and vision. Possesses knowledge of Credit Union policies, procedures, products, services and fees relating to overall branch operations; and local, state, and federal requirements. Experience in strategic vision and planning, operating in a sales and service culture and member service required. |
