Description:Serves Credit Union members as a part of the management team by practicing, implementing, and following sound management practices. Participates in the development and achievement of the Credit Union strategic plan and financial goals. Direct the operations of a Credit Union facility ensuring the branch meets organizational financial, operational, service, and growth plans. Has limited lending authority. Is responsible for the administration and coordination of activities for the service-side of the branch office system and personnel. Serves as the branch Security Officer. Promotes Credit Union products and service through various communication methods.
Duties:Primary management of day to day branch activities including but not limited to scheduling, monetary transactions, member contact, branch assets, personnel and administrative requirements.

Has primary oversight responsibility for staff performance standards, compliance, and facility security. Responsible for front line staff meeting assigned sales and service goals Ensure members receive excellent, personalized service at every point of contact.

Monitors branch operating results relative to established objectives and insures that appropriate steps are taken to correct unsatisfactory conditions.

Participates in the decision making process, development of the primary operating budget, development of policy, and communication to internal/external customers, staff and members.

Provides training, coaching and development to assigned staff. Provides the staff with required training and resources.

Thoroughly understands and completes transactions associated with account and lending functions and available member services. Communicates loan requirements and decisions and facilitates member inquiries and/or disputes.
Qualifications:Bachelors Degree in finance, accounting, or business related field and five plus years of business administration/financial experience in a credit union or banking environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum of five years experience with supervising and managing small teams of non-exempt workers required.
