| Qualifications: | The position requires excellent communication and member service skills, professionalism, courtesy, attention to detail and accuracy. The employee must work well under stress in a fast paced environment. Solid PC, MS Word and MS Excel skills and the ability to be assertive while diplomatic while speaking with our credit union members on the phone are also required. Prior collections experience, while not absolutely required, is strongly preferred. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
