| Description: | Assists management in research, planning, and implementing technology tools necessary to maintain/improve member access and staff efficiency. Responsible for operations of all technology and communications systems. |
| Duties: | Coordinate all tech resources invcluding data processing system, LAN, WAN, and telecommunication.
Maintain and administrate all communication systems.
Provide Tech support and consultation in use of operations of tech systems to employees and members.
Evaluate & understand tech requirements and standards for hardware/software.
Develop and maintain databases.
Provide reports from any tech system as directed.
Evaluate technology needs, proposals and agreements, and provide guidance and recommendations to management.
Diagnose and assist in resolution of tech issues.
Perform trouble-shooting, diagnosis, and repair for hardware/software related problems.
Administer/monitor e-mail system and website.
Provide support info to auditors.
Available for after-hours monitoring, corrective action, and communication as necessary.
Ensures compliance of all tech related regulatory and legal mandates.
Maintain and administrate the disaster recovery plan for entire organization.
Other duties as assigned. |
| Qualifications: | Education: Associates degree, technology certifications preferred.
Experience: 2 years network administration or technology related work exp. Priority given to candidates with financial institution exp and UltraData System exp.
Must be able to organize and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
Working knowledge of Windows Server, XP,Vista,MS Exchange, MS SQL Server, MS Office, Windows software, web-site creation, and Symantec Backup Exec. |
