Duties:Our Communications Center Manager is responsible for assisting with the overall management of the department. Responsibilities include the direction, coordination and management of the operational aspects of the department, while providing leadership, support, coaching & mentoring to the Communications Center Representatives. Emphasis is placed on member service plus ensuring the department effectively supports the credit union's mission and strategic direction through its service and sales efforts while maintaining effective management over its operational aspects and exposure.
